Service Description

6 sessions of 2 hours every weeks during 6 weeks, UpDate is a one of a kind therapeutic space. Sessions are recorded and online, so you can go back on it. Participants works together And alone, following the Parts Protocole (J.Baillet 2018). Session Structure : 30 min - feedbacks, q&a and theoretical presentation 1h15 min - Present Work and Integrative Work 15 min - regulations and debrief Every participant has been amazed and surprised by : - the smoothness of the process : processing trauma don't need to be hard - the impact of the group : witnessing others healing is a powerful experience, that can only appear in group work To maintain quality, UpDate is limited to 5 participants for each session.
